Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The staff were friendly and the accommodations had some lovely features, but the maintenance was severely lacking, and the dining experience fell short. The pool area was disappointing due to cleanliness issues, which overshadowed the overall enjoyment.
My experience at Cafe 28 was quite disappointing compared to what it used to be. The location is really pleasant, perfect for a nice lunch with friends, but the dining options, especially for specific dietary needs, left much to be desired. While the atmosphere is lovely, the food quality has significantly dropped, and I left feeling quite unsatisfied.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was quite nice, offering good variety. However, the hotel itself needs some updates, as certain areas felt forgotten and the room design could use a makeover for better comfort. Additionally, the amenities were lacking, especially with the pool area being closed off.
I recently stayed at Joondalup Resort and had quite the mixed experience. On one hand, the resort has a beautiful garden setting and great wildlife, which I really enjoyed. The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing on those warm Perth days. However, I faced some issues with the service during my wedding night, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the rooms were spacious but could use some updates.
